Returns

We hope you love your YamJimJams, but if they’re not quite right, that’s okay.

If you’ve changed your mind or the fit isn’t right, you can return your order as long as the pyjamas are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags and packaging still attached.

Change of mind or sizing

To avoid sizing issues please check the sizing chart and measure your hound carefully before placing an order.

UK customers have 14 days from receiving their order to let us know you would like to return it. After contacting us, you’ll have a further 14 days to send it back.

Return postage is paid by the customer. Please try your pyjamas on with care, as we can only accept returns that are in a condition suitable for resale.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Your original standard delivery cost will also be refunded where required by UK consumer law.

Something wrong with your order?

If your pyjamas arrive damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll put things right and cover the return postage where the issue is our responsibility.

International returns

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, you’re welcome to return an eligible item, but return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address and instructions.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges paid when your order was delivered are not necessarily refundable by us, as these are charged by the destination country’s authorities.

Please use a tracked service when returning an item, as we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels that don’t reach us.
